Your content
You own what you make. You give us only the permission needed to store and sync it for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and publish.
Your account
Keep your password safe. One person per account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, illegal content or attacks on the service.
Plans and payment
The web editor is free and works with your own AI keys; those providers bill you directly. EditnShip for Mac is free for 14 days, then a one-time purchase of US$29 that includes regular updates. After the trial, unpurchased Macs keep every feature; exports carry a small "Made with EditnShip" line until you buy. Payment is taken by our payment partner on their own pages; we store only your licence and a customer id, never card details.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of buying, no questions. The app returns to trial mode and your projects stay yours. To ask, email [email protected] from the address you bought with.
An optional included-AI add-on may be offered later; its own terms will appear here before it goes on sale.
AI output
AI suggestions, captions and images can be wrong. Review them before you publish.
The service
EditnShip is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted. Keep your own copies of important exports. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
If these terms change, we update this page and its date. Using EditnShip after a change means you accept it.
